How To Watch Every Marvel Movie In Chronological Order

With the current chapter of the MCU coming to a close after 11 years with the upcoming releases of Spider-man: No Way Home and Black Widow, there’s quite a few movies to marathon. But, when Marvel was first releasing the movies, not everything was released in chronological order. Instead, the movies were released in a way that would give the audience what they needed to know the minute that they needed to know it. Chronologically, however, the movies have a different experience — you get to see how a citizen of the MCU would see the events, understand how the world changed over the years.

It can be a little hard to figure out, what with a lot of events taking place in space and all. Thankfully, we have you covered! Here the chronological order of the movies, paired with a little explanation as to why you should watch them in this order!

Spoiler for all of the MCU but, let’s be real, it’s almost impossible to not know what happens in these movies — that’s why we can watch them chronologically without worrying about seeing something we shouldn’t!

The first avenger shouldn’t be number 1 tho as in the end Credit scene when Captain America wakes up you can see Nick Fury with a eyepatch that he got in captain marvel where the cat scratch his eye

Everyone always says to watch Ant-Man and the Wasp after Infinity War which I understand cause it does spoils the ending to that movie, but I say watching Ant-Man and the Wasp before Infinity War is much better cause the movie takes place before the events of Infinity War, most people already know the ending to Infinity War, and if someone is new to the MCU and has no idea of the story of these movies I still think Ant-Man and the Wasp should be watching before Infinity War cause it would still be impactful and would still leave new fans confused and wondering “Wtf just happened?”, Then when they watch Infinity War it will make much more sense for why the post credit scene in Ant-Man and the Wasp ended that way, that’s how I watched those movies when I first started binging all the MCU movies, I already knew how Infinity War ended but it still left me confused when I saw the post credit seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp then when I saw Infinity War I was like “Oh that makes a lot of sense, but like I said this would be more impactful for new MCU fans since they have no idea what the snap is so Ant-Man and the Wasp’s post credit scene would just be confusing and a shock to them and wanting to know what just happened
