Does it take an alient to discover the fission process of Urainium and Radium? No. Did humans need an extraterriestrial to identify that U235 was more fissile than U238? I enjoy contemplating what aliens think about our technology. In the same way we are curious about theirs I feel they’d be intrigued to see ours. I don’t think it’s hard to believe that they would be curious about it. Imagine we are advanced enough to go to other planets. I would give my life to see how other civilizations worked no matter their level of intelligence. To see their craftsmanship and artistic expression.
