We’ve got traitors on the brain this week as we consider the 7 gaming betrayals you didn’t see coming. Whether it’s best friends turning into worst enemies or kindly mission givers revealing their wicked side, these are the 7 PlayStation characters who stabbed us in the back and made us question the goodness of humanity. How many of them have you experienced?

While it’s nice to use a Friday Feature to celebrate the most beloved elements of games, you sometimes need to vent about the cruellest: quite literally in Among Us. Ash has rounded up seven of the biggest turncoats around, from Dead Space to Alan Wake 2 to Cuphead – you wouldn’t expect that cartoon universe to exploit your trust, but it does.

Couple I remember is Lance in gta vice city and mafia 2 betrayal. Also underrated one is army of two the 40th day when you get the option to shoot your partner at the end

Anabella's true motives for betraying her family and country go from ambitious to plain deranged as the story goes on. I know the meme factory on the Internet likes to compare her to Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones, but at least Cersei actually cared about all of her children instead of favoring one over the other.

Yeah a way out was a betrayal that i did not quite see coming. Although the cop didnt show any emotion/nonchalant at times - thats what I notice. Also, is alan wake 2 like the movie secret window? I couldn't get into Alan Wake remastered as much
