What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? If you had to go to BUD/S again, how would you prepare differently? What books or workout programs would you recommend?
Most female SEAL candidates struggle with carrying the boats and logs, doing pull ups, having grip strength and completing the “Dirty Name” on the obstacle course. Also, a lot of female SEAL candidates break their legs or develop stress fractures.

Swim: As you know you gotta do breast or side or combat side stroke, but I appreciate you switching to freestyle for viewing fun.
Push-ups: You got 49 push-ups. Knees down ends your time so the rest wouldn't have counted. IMO the hardest part of the test is resting without putting knees or hips down or hips up.
Sit-ups: I wouldn't have counted a single sit-up because your hands weren't on your shoulders, but besides that they looked solid. I'm sure an instructor would've given you a few no-reps and then you would've gotten the rest so good job.
Pull-ups: Those looked awesome. IDK if it was the camera angle but most looked like you didn't do a full dead hang. Some instructors would have called no-reps for those. And no-rep for any kipping or kicking. But you def could've gotten 15+ if someone was calling no-rep for not full hanging.
Good job on the run. I bet with training you could kick ass. Competitive run scores are 9min and lower. Crazy huh?
