Most Harry Potter fans think they know everything about these iconic books and the beloved movies that came after. But even the biggest die-hards might have missed a thing or two from their favourite movies, and seeing as how many incredible details they were able to squeeze into every frame, we don’t blame them! We’ve gone back and watched them all more than once, and we still keep finding exciting new hidden secrets in Harry Potter. From the first words that Snape ever said to Harry which actually mean so much more than they seem, to a shout out to Professor Mcgonagall’s glory days as a student hidden in the trophy case. There is a hilarious moment with Neville and his Remembrall that has a hidden layer, a secret message in Hermione’s hair during The Deathly Hallows, a visit to Borgin and Burkes that is packed with easter eggs, and a shout out to Daniel Radcliffe’s theatrical career on the wall of a London cafe. What Gilderoy Lockhart has in his office tells us a lot about who he is, Snape sends a subtle message about whose side he is on during his fight with Professor Mcgonagall, and a wizard in The Leaky Cauldron is reading a book that is way more significant than it may seem! And that is nowhere near all of them, check out the video to find out all of the incredible details that are hidden within all of the Harry Potter movies.

Harry’s dad was not a Seeker in the books. He was a Chaser.

I always knew about Snape and Lilly. It helps to read the books before watching the movies.

Another one is when Harry and Hermione go back in time in Prisoner of Azkaban, when it shows a far away shot of Hermione punching Draco you can see her hand behind the wall where she is in the future. (sorry this was hard to explain)

I've noticed another one about Hermione's hair:
The further we go in the DH Hermione's feelings for Ron get stronger and the further we go into the films her hair also gets darker especially after Hermione and Ron got together Hermione's hair was become more dark and ginger like Ron; therefore showing that her connection for Ron is getting deeper & stronger

The facts and this video are almost a 100% carbon copy of the "fact republics" video that was made 3 years ago.

Ironic that they mentioned Gilderoy Lockharts "stealing other wizards spells".

Lazy research at best.

I think Cornelius Fudge was drinking Liquid luck

Talking about things getting darker - the lighting in the Great Hall also gets darker as each movie progresses. Just look at how warm and welcoming the Great Hall is lit in Philosopher's Stone to the darker, atmospheric mood lighting of Half Blood Prince.

i like how in these thumbnails they point to something random and circle it
@CTheartsong March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
So McGonagall is only slightly older than Snape & James😂
@melissabryant2251 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
I wish it wouldn't have gone so dark. The books weren't like that.
@kathywright6853 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
This is why I like to watch movies over and reread books,you get more from them each time👍
@oliversherman2414 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
It's Philosopher's Stone, not Sorcerer's Stone
@tomaspurvinis3702 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am

Anyone noticed in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, when Hermione said “Nearly headless? How can you be nearly headless” and as she said that, Harry rolled his eyes
@Scorpio_Love_11 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
Although Harry’s dad James was a chaser not a seeker as per the books
@PietroKnowsBall March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
James Potter was a chaser

@jasminejohnston6393 March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
0:45 Wormwood is an ingredient in absinthe, a bitter alcoholic drink. Don’t ask me what an alcohol reference is doing in a Harry Potter movie…
@mrducklabs March 23, 2024 - 3:15 am
If you could meet a Harry Potter character who would you meet? I’d meet… Emma Watson!
