Today we’re doing the US ARMY FITNESS test, there are 2 versions, the original one is purely bodyweight, so that’s what we’re going to do.
Most pushups in 2 minutes
Most situps in 2 minutes
a 2 mile/3.2km run as fast as possible
If we fail 1 by doing less than required, we fail the test, so also the running
rest time between exercises is max 20 minutes. and a minimum of 10.

I tried this and only got 16 Pushups but I managed 74 sit-ups!?

I'm 12 and I got 45 push ups 71 sit ups and ran 2 miles in 13mins and 45 seconds
