Plot twist : footage of British guy talking is gameplay
I am deeply invested in this project – this speaks to me on so many levels as an artist. I would love to work on a project like this, it's right up my alley (you can see that by the type of artwork that I produce on my channel – LUCIDPIXUL. I'm following this production closely moving forward.
wow if this is a horror game like resident evil it would be fun if there was a wider place and monsters i will wait for this

Should really take a look at RE7 Biohazard as a reference for great game horror. Evil Within 1 & 2 are also some honorable mentions.

Horror is essentially two pieces: feminism, and metropolitan xenophobia. 1) either a big man who refuses to be told "no" follows a woman or fear of childbirth metaphors, or 2)a person from the city goes to the rural world and finds out his metropolitan world was good and safe, because rural people aren't "us" (usually because of religion). This is clearly the second type.
Definitely intrigued and looking forward to seeing/hearing more!
Sounds amazing! One to definitely look out for, love some of the ideas being talked about here. Always been a big fan of Lovecraftian genre horror games.

I would suggest take a look at the games like The Shore and Scorn for more atmosphere also a sanity system like CoC Dark Corners of the Earth would be brilliant. But so far, I am falling in love with this project.
