Why do you need so much protein? People are so obsessed with it like they are preparing for Mr. Olympia. You only need aboout 0.8g / lbs body weight if you want to max out your gains. So even if you are a big 200 pound guy that would be 160 g. And that's to max it out. It's not an on/off switch. You could eat 120g and would still get like 80% of the results but cheaper and with less stress.
This is also an excellent way of cutting this big of a portion of your calories long term and reducing your testosterone levels and then pummeling your libido into oblivion.
