i thought i had read every manifestation book out there, but Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane hits different. it’s damn near impossible to find, but after reading it, i see why. it doesn’t just talk about manifesting, it explains how to shift energy in a way that actually works. took me forever to track it down, but it was worth every second

Why do you need so much protein? People are so obsessed with it like they are preparing for Mr. Olympia. You only need aboout 0.8g / lbs body weight if you want to max out your gains. So even if you are a big 200 pound guy that would be 160 g. And that's to max it out. It's not an on/off switch. You could eat 120g and would still get like 80% of the results but cheaper and with less stress.

According to your kidneys and liver your eating 4 meals a day. Also I question if this is your true diet?? Your carb intake is insane over your protein, I don't know how your so shredded and still losing weight? You must be young and have good genetics 🤔
