wishlist desktop cat cafe on steam! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2978180/Desktop_Cat_Cafe/?utm_source=Devlog
Desktop Cate Cafe is a cute, idle management game that lives at the bottom of your screen letting you work on other tasks while your cafe runs. We spent 7 months working on it, here is the devlog of our experience!
check out the artist that made our awesome steam cover https://www.gholz.art/
thank you to @ContextSensitive for some of the background music

We need Walter's version of this video which would be simply that opossum screaming AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH
I do not like green eggs and ham, I do not like them, samyam.
Can you make a video on how indie games earn.
" how to make a game in unreal engine 5 OR unity " because i want to learn game development, please🙏 make video on this topic , I got your channel recommended by this unreal vs unity video of yours and its intresting 😊❤
Walter sounds kinda crazy😂
Looking good. Good job not giving up !
Welcome in the exclusive group where marketing is a big problem. Let me shake your hand, I will be your years-experienced guide. 🤝 Wish luck!
Poor Walter.
Great insight! I was always wondering how you got the transparent background to work. Can’t wait for the dog invasion DLC!
I love the concept! So cute!
Game is looking great though! As a devops engineer turned game developer I always start building my games very early in the process, but I understand how that can be undervalued. But in most cases comes back to bite you in the butt.
Could you please tell us about the build configuration and screen size to make the game appear at the bottom. Or is it that the game is full screen and you did that transparency thing
GG
Wishlisted! Good Luck! Appreciate your videos!
Samyam, you might really be onto something here. You called 1000 wishlists in a month not bad but it's probably higher than most of the indie gamedevs. For example, Samurado, Songs of Everjade from Sasquatch B and Bitemegames respectively took ~1 year to reach 1000 wishlists. Actually that is the case for my game as well, which I'm actually now abandoning for various reasons.
Best of luck! You seem to have landed on an idea that resonates with your target audience and executed it beautifully! The cats and the environment look adorably cozy.
The art in Bumbi was decent, but this one is remarkably beautiful.
wow well done! 😮
please explain how the transparent background works. how can we implement it?
Good job.
Would be cool if you could have your twitch viewers/subscribers be your customers in the game as an option!
0:26 that is called plagiarism or reskin shame on you
So much work
This is really cool! I've been wanting to make an idle desktop game as well so I should probably give that a shot sometime lol
