She used Wegovy or Zepbound. She said she didn't use gummies or diet pills, which she didn't. She didn't use Ozempic because ozempic is for diabetics. Wegovy (the same drug) is an injection for weight loss…not a gummy or diet pill. I'm glad she lost the weight. But unless she stops the bad eating habits it will just come back.

As a certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience, my opinion is that Kelly did it naturally without the use of Ozempic.
Losing 50lbs/12 months averages around only 1lb per week. This fully tracks with a sustainable calorie deficit from a higher protein diet and increased daily walking.
If she'd used Ozempic, the weight loss would've been a lot faster. But since she did it gradually, this aligns with the weekly/monthly grind of gradual dedication. 💯
Moved to NY to get her steps in? There are plenty of places in CA to walk in the sunshine.
