This vs the 5200 20?
I don't care the price, justo the Best bench.
Thanks You!
can't believe you wasted pre-workout
I think of Living Fit as a budget brand. This bench at $400 does not align with a budget price point. Rather go with the AB 4100 and get the Rep name.
90 degree angle is near unusable imho, 85-95 should be the max.
As usual you deliver great content for the average user!
I have had the iron master super bench and nothing touches it, both in price, add ons and NO GAP!!!!
Let me help them out.
1 Change to 85 degrees.
2 Copy Rep’s 5200 decline post
3 Name it 2.0 or V2 etc etc
4 DON’T change the look! CLASSIC
5 Sell V2 for $400 V1 $250
That would be a market DOMINATING bench. Anyone considering the Titan or Rep’s 3000v2, 4100 and 5200 would have to consider and probably buy this.
You’re welcome.
Why did they feel the need to go with 90 degrees? Most of modern benches(Rep,Rouge and Titan)stop at 85 degrees, better for shoulders. It makes you wonder if a “business man” or lifter produced this bench.
How does it fit with your rep low cable row plate? Are you able to use the rear post for incline press?

Greay review. I might have an even greater competitor. Mainly distributed here in Japan but will be international soon I believe. But When compared to 4100, the rep 4100 does not win in any category 😂 I need to review it in a. Video I guess
Hi Jonathan, excellent review thanks. I’m sure you’ve opened up a lot of eyes towards Living Fit. I know mine are. (But I’m keeping my IM SB Pro V2).
I'd also like to see the 90 degree become 85 or so…
I feel your "old" comment…keep videoing and thanks for your honesty! BTW, Cam doesn't care and works harder and he's old too 😉
I was looking at benches this year before I suspended gym purchases but totally agree with you. After the AB-4100, they’re really heavy and much “harder to move”!
Dang, I need to get a bench for a review
You just put up this video and said the bench was priced at $250???!!! It’s showing $399. WTH?
Great comparison. Both benches seem solid.
Living fit will for sure go on sale and beat out REPs 4100 for cost.
What I love is REPs color options. If I could afford it that OD green REP 🤯🥰
What do you do with excess gym equipment that you don't use?
Checking it. This is bench is solid. The price and the front seat pad width are really only the issues I had with it. Solid overall. I think this is the version 2 so maybe that why the price is different, but I’ve never had the version one so I don’t know what all they changed 🤷🏻♂️
Great review Jon. I personally sincerely appreciate you highlighting the price hike. You know I have used the Living Fit bench extensively and did a review as well (when it was still $250 and a ridiculous deal). I deleted that review when it was apparent from comments that they had raised the price significantly in such a short time. Gonna try to keep this relatively brief. The Living Fit bench is great. I have benched 350+ many times, and it is incredibly stable. I have incline pressed 125’s, and it is very stable. It is also long enough but light enough to move around. The pad is firm and the vinyl is grippy. It is an all around great bench. The rate that they hiked the price and the response I got from them of “eh, it is still competitive in this range” was disappointing though. Again great, honest video.
The Blackwing is the very first and only bench I own. Honestly speaking I don’t have anything to compare it to besides the pretty purple benches I used at PF. That being said anything new out of a box would be a winner in my garage!
great option from other the traditional brands out there!
Love my blackwing. In hindsight, the 5200 version 2 would be just fine, but since I already had the decline leg attachment, I got the blackwing
