I always aim to do push pull legs rest. The reality is life happens so you will inevitably get extra rest days which may actually be needed especially if you like high intensity cardio sessions as I do.

well i weight 140lbs and im taking like 50g of proteins per day max. is that why im not gaining muscles? but im vegetarian and my dad doest allow protein powders.

I had elbow surgery and cannot fully extend one of my arms and this has created an imbalance that I cannot correct. How do you recommend I work the tricep and or bicep without full extension?

I do the same train chest back tricep on mondays rest then quads calves shoulders biceps on wensday then rest and repeat i take a rest day afther each day to give my muscles time to recover.

Two days or Three days is usually the optimum performance for average person
