I always aim to do push pull legs rest. The reality is life happens so you will inevitably get extra rest days which may actually be needed especially if you like high intensity cardio sessions as I do.

At 71 years & Type 2 diabetic are there challenges I should be aware of.
I had elbow surgery and cannot fully extend one of my arms and this has created an imbalance that I cannot correct. How do you recommend I work the tricep and or bicep without full extension?

I do the same train chest back tricep on mondays rest then quads calves shoulders biceps on wensday then rest and repeat i take a rest day afther each day to give my muscles time to recover.
