I used to be a Rep for a suncreen company and all those Walmarts were in my territory. I enjoyed revisiting many of them as you guys blew your money. And, had a little chuckle listening to "Daphne" AL be mispronounced.

Wal mart sucks! Never have anything

This is the type of thing I really frown on here in Kennewick WA. We have no local LCS so the only place to purchase cards in person is Walmart and Target. Guys go in an buy out everything and when I take my son to buy something it’s all gone! They literally wait for the stalking person to bring them in early in the am and they literally buy everything out. Leaving the rest of the card community with nothing at all to buy but Pokémon which no one wants lol. Like Save some for us common folk guys!

I have standards when buying retail and stay away from horrible floors that's hoops, donruss absolute. Some may have big chases such as kaboom but consider any of those retail purchases at a loss. This year's prizm, optic select has been straight fire with all the numbered cards and really has nice hits but the junk wax ur asking for pain. If I'm gonna drop 6 in one drop I'd rather go for to fast break boxes or even a hobby at that point.

The best times to hit up wal marts and targets for sports cards are either on Thursdays or Fridays around 10-11 am I know bc I would go hunting when I did breaks for 2 1/2 years

I could of saved you a ton of money fellas…here’s the tip and secret. When you go into wal mart most all have back stock in holding of mj holding boxes they get shipped to Walmart and the vendor makes his or her rounds to restock..what I found out that if you go to the electronics dept most of the time you will see a dept head they have a key for the cage they are kept in in the back and they can bring you boxes forward a slip of a $50 gets you every premium product you want. This works exclusively at small town walmarts because they are very understaffed as far as mgr on duty. Sooo long story short go to the electronics dept seek out a dept head with the scrunchy keychain and that person will take care of the rest for you. You could of said hundreds of miles and hours off the trip and if your buying all it up like you did why not just do it in one stop? 😂😂 happy hunting

to be honest the REASON why its hard to find at walmart is because 90% of the time its one guy who buys all of it just like what you guys did.

Seen it 3 times with optic and prizm here, one time a father carrying 10+ boxes and he made his son carry the rest. I talked to him he said its for his son… These people do the same with hot wheels too, a father forcing son to find all copies of one supercar searching through a whole hot wheels pallet for 20+ minutes, while the father gathers all copies on a pile to resell. Nothing wrong with capitalism but just bad etiquette to take all leave none.

Makes me wonder what kind of deals the wholesalers have going on. And to most of the employees it's just a nuisance.

Have the other dude call ahead. Ask where they are in the store. Saves lots of time.
