Forest fan. Good listen. I've decided to not renew my season ticket. It's not sour grapes but this season has effected my health. I just can't be putting myself through this glaringly obvious level of corruption.
Something has been way off for us this season and I'm done with it
You've got Michael Oliver jetting off to the Middle East as a guest of the City owners. You've got refs openly admitting they look after fellow refs. You've got biased refs. And you've now got former players turned pundits who once grew up on the same streets who have totally lost touch with the with their roots. These people on the gravy train and playing lipsync to Sky Sports, BBC and whatever other cable. They've sold their souls. Already ridiculously rich, and it's still not enough.

I have been so pleased to see the response from other fanbases to forest's anger against the VAR decisions. This season has been so bad, not just forest either. I believe the VAR should be entirely separate (and just perform VAR duties) and not include our current refs.

Heres one for you, Forest played Bournemouth withn2 games to go in the championship two years ago, a win would have taken us 2nd with Bournemouth and "Luton" 3rd and 4th withbone game left. We lost, in controversial style,… Guess who the ref was…. Mr Atwell, at the time forest brought up before the game they had found out he was a Luton fan, with Luton still in the race for automatic promotion.. but it was ignored.
dont personally care if 1,3 or none were pens. what matters more to me is that at some point it was decided that no one is allowed to question decisions made by officials. can you imagine any other workplace where you get fined for questioning someones opinion. fortunately in the stands we can still call a cunt a cunt.

spot on. goals change games. even 1 of those penalties for Forest could have led to a win, and morale to stay up. i think the team are so fed up with bad decisions going against them. there have to be repercussions for the referees because the repercussions for Forest now is likely to be relegation

This might be my last season watching football.
I have watched top tier football since the 1966 WC Final. I did not watch the Qatar WC; I did not miss it. I am deeply concerned about PGMOL referees officiating in other countries, apparently for huge paychecks.
A lot will depend on what happens with LFC in the summer. If the club loses its values, I am out.
Who is able to sue these people? Someone needs to be able tp take rhem to a high court enough is enough, they dont control the game and thats what theu are trying to do

Football is becoming more boring because the PGMOL and VAR are ruining the game for all of us. Liverpool, Forest, Wolves, Everton, Coventry, Chelsea etc… all have suffered from this crap.

Forest fan here. It's so nice to see other clubs (or at least the fans) getting behind Forest in terms of the intent of the questions they are asking in terms on the VAR official. But most importantly the standard of officiating, because it really has been a shambles this season and I feel like Forest have had the brunt of it. (I know other teams have had crap decisions too). We, as fans of football need to do whatever we can to protect our game, because its quite clear to me that the inmates are running the asylum here.

You only have to look at the Burnley manager and Forest managers reactions recently. 2 of the most placid blokes totally losing their shit because they can't believe the decisions being made.
Spot on! Every team has been affected, some more than others. It's a dictatorship! Nowhere else would this be allowed to go unchallenged, especially with the amount of money at stake and people affected. Huge respect to Forest and the peoples pundits like yourself for speaking out. Something has to change!
Whats it got to do with you?
Forest are in the position they are because they have not been good enough over the season – not because they weren't given a penalty against Everton. People talk about the VAR chap being a Luton fan but remember the ref didn't think that any of them were penalties and I agree, they weren't obvious. Sometimes you benefit from unjust decisions and sometimes you get penalised by unjust decisions.
The people who create the independent panel won’t be independent, so neither will the panel. They’re killing football.
